I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now…
— Philippians 1:3-5 niv

The Advent season is here—a time of reflection, anticipation, and hope as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Jesus. During this special time, we’ll begin a new series, "The Advent of Joy," exploring the letter of Philippians and its timeless message of rejoicing in every circumstance.

Starting on the first Sunday of Advent, December 1st, this series will guide us through Paul’s words as he teaches us how to live with joy rooted in Christ, even amid uncertainty and waiting. His message is a strong reminder that joy is not tied to our circumstances but is a gift from God, cultivated through faith and trust in Him.

To deepen your journey, we’ve compiled a list of Bible reading resources to help you meditate on Philippians throughout the week. These tools are perfect for personal study, family devotions, or small group discussions:

Additionally we want to encourage you to journey through the book of Philippians with us. See below for a schedule of events and reading recommendations to prepare your heart each week we gather.

We can’t wait to journey with you through this Advent season as we uncover the richness of joy found in Christ. Let’s rejoice in the hope we share, knowing that the God who came to dwell with us continues to walk beside us each day.
